Official Transcripts
Official transcripts are issued by the Office of the Registrar and bear a raised seal and the Registrar’s signature. You can order an official transcript from The W online through Banner. For assistance, please call the Registrar’s Office at (662) 329-7135.
In accordance with Senate Bill 2244, Mississippi children in foster care and children under the age of 21 who are in the legal custody of the Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services may receive official transcripts at no cost. Eligible students should contact the Registrar’s Office for transcript ordering instructions.
Starting January 6th, 2025, sales tax will be collected on certain document requests, including transcripts and diplomas, in compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws. This may affect the cost of your request based on various factors such as document type, delivery method, and location. Before completing your order, you will see the breakdown of charges, including applicable taxes, to ensure total transparency.
Unofficial Transcripts
Transcripts provided by the Office of the Registrar are official and bear a raised seal and the Registrar’s signature. However, current students may login to Banner Web to view and print an unofficial copy of their transcript.
Note: Transcripts (official and unofficial) are not released for students who have not settled all University accounts.
