| May Notice | International Travel must be approved by the President of the University, Provost, and the Department Budget Manager six (6) weeks before the first date of travel. |
| May 25 | For July 1 Adjunct hires – Adjunct PAFs due during the week after Memorial Day, but on or before June 1. This also includes any nursing faculty who start at the end of June. HR will generate a 950 in Banner, request email in order for new faculty to gain access to Canvas. |

| July 5 | For August Adjunct hires – Adjunct PAFs due the week of July 5th (after the July 4th holiday). Remote adjuncts or fully remote faculty who do not live within driving distance to complete the paperwork in person will be sent the new hire packet and email when the Hiring Proposal or PAF is processed in HR. That gives them time to get the I-9 completed in their area and mail the required documents. HR will generate a 950 in Banner, request email in order for new faculty to gain access to Canvas. |
