Direct Deposit
All employees, including student workers, are paid by direct deposit.
Updating Direct Deposit Authorization Forms
Employees on the Columbus campus are required to provide a photo ID and complete a direct deposit authorization form in person in the Human Resources office, located in Shattuck Hall. For inquiries, or for employees not located on the main campus, please contact the Human Resources Office by phone, (662)329-7222, or email, hrinfo@muw.edu, to update or change direct deposit banking information.
Deadline to make changes to banking:
- For employees paid monthly, the authorization change form is due before the 15th of the month to be included on the current month payroll.
- For employees paid bi-weekly, the authorization change form is due by 10:00 a.m. on Monday of the payroll week.
