Disability Resources & Campus Accessibility for Dual Enrollment Students

The W is committed to providing equal educational opportunities for all students, including those with disabilities. Dual enrollment students who:

  • Have an Individualized Education Program (IEP) or 504 Plan,
  • Experience a temporary injury or prolonged illness, or
  • Are newly diagnosed with a medical, emotional, or cognitive condition, may be eligible for academic accommodations.

For Courses Taught at the High School

  • If your dual enrollment course is conducted on your high school campus by either a high school instructor or a W faculty member, accommodations should be requested through your high school’s established procedures.

For Courses Taught at The W or Online by a W Faculty

Students enrolled in online or on-campus courses taught by a W faculty should follow The W’s Accessibility Services process to receive necessary accommodations:

  1. Complete the Accommodation Request Form – This form initiates your request and connects you with a coordinator.
  2. Schedule an Initial Appointment – During this meeting, your coordinator will discuss appropriate accommodations and available services.
