Open Enrollment Information
October is open enrollment and the time to make changes to your benefits effective January 1, 2024! We have several changes this year and you’ll receive an email with more detailed instructions on how to make changes to your benefits. All changes must be submitted by 1:00 pm on Monday, October 31, 2023.
In the coming days, employees will receive an email with detailed instructions about open enrollment and dates for open enrollment sessions. Sessions are not mandatory for all employees.
Sessions ARE MANDATORY if you have Reliance Standard Life Insurance, are enrolled in Unreimbursed Medical Spending or want to enroll in Unreimbursed Medical Spending, are enrolled in Dependent Care or want to enroll in Dependent Care, would like to make changes to dental and/or vision coverage or want to drop an existing coverage, other than heal insurance.
State health insurance premium rates will increase 5% effective January 1, 2024.
