The grand concert hall of the university, Rent Auditorium in Whitfield Hall has hosted rock concerts, comedians, symphonies, theatrical performances, and ceremonies. With seating for more than 1,200 guest, Rent Auditorium provides a setting for large-scale events and performances.

A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $535.00 (tax included) is required — the deposit goes towards the overall cost of the facility.

Additional Information:

  • A sound and lighting technician is required for events utilizing the auditorium’s technical systems and will incur an additional fee.
  • Police officers are required for all events with large attendance. Please contact Campus Police at 662-241-6261 for pricing.
  • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Deposits are non-refundable and go towards the cost of the facility.
  • Rental fees must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to the scheduled event. Reservations not paid by this deadline will be canceled.
  • Refunds of rental fees (excluding the deposit) will be issued only if the reservation is canceled at least 72 hours before the event.
