- Police officers are required for events with large attendance. Please contact Campus Police at 662-241-6261 for pricing.
- A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Deposits are non-refundable . Deposits go towards the cost of the facility (they are not in addition to the cost of the facility).
- Rental fees must be paid in full at least two weeks prior tot the scheduled event. Reservations not paid by this deadline will be canceled.
- Refunds of rental fees (excluding the deposit) will be issued only if the reservation is canceled at least 72 hours before the event.
