- Police officers are required for events with large attendance. Please contact Campus Police at 662-241-6261 for a quote.
- A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. The deposit is applied toward the total rental fee and is not an additional charge.
- Rental fees must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to the event date. Reservations not paid in full by this deadline will be canceled.
- Refunds of rental fees (excluding the deposit) will be issued only if the reservation is canceled at least 72 hours before the event.
