- A sound technician is available for events requiring audiovisual support at an additional cost of $25 per hour.
- Police officers are required for all events with large attendance. Please contact Campus Police at 662-241-6261 for pricing.
- • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Deposits are non-refundable and go towards the cost of the facility.
- • Rental fees must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to the scheduled event. Reservations not paid by this deadline will be canceled
- Refunds of rental fees (excluding the deposit) will be issued only if the reservation is canceled at least 72 hours before the event.
- Please make sure to clean up after your event.
