Receiving Packages

Packages delivered by UPS and FedEx are received and logged by Mail Services. Departments will receive an email notification when a package arrives and is available for pickup. It is the responsibility of each department to pick up packages from Mail Services.

Delivery may be arranged when necessary for oversized or heavy packages intended for official University use.

No deliveries will be made for personal items. Mail Services will continue to place package slips in department mailboxes when items are too large to fit in the mailbox.

Set-Ups and Moving Services

To ensure timely and efficient event setups, all room reservation and setup requests must be submitted through EMS at least ten(10) business days prior to the event date.

Requests for Moving Services should be submitted through the Resources Management Workorder Request.
