Receiving

Packages delivered by UPS and FedEx will be received and logged by Mail Services. You will receive an email notification when your package arrives. Campus departments are responsible for picking up packages from Mail Services.

Delivery may be arranged when necessary for oversized or heavy packages intended for University use.

No deliveries will be made for personal items. Mail Services will continue to place package slips in department mailboxes when items are too large to fit in the mailbox.

Set-Ups and Moving Services

To ensure timely and efficient meeting setups, please submit all reservations and setup request through EMS at least 10 days prior to the event.

Requests for Moving Services should be submitted online through a Resources Management Workorder Request.
