Welcome! We're so glad you are living on campus! We've developed the plan for move-in to provide you a safe transition. Each resident has been assigned a move-in date and time. Check your email for your assignment and additional details.
The staff and campus community will be working together on move-in day to provide all the information that you will need.
Look for signs that will direct you. As a part of your check-in, you will receive a schedule of the events for the first few days. Students will have several of activities, known as Blues Week, to keep them occupied as they adjust to new college life.
Please Note: The W campus is a tobacco free campus. The use of cigarettes, chewing tobacco, vape devices, and the like, is prohibited anywhere on campus, including outdoors. This policy applies to students, faculty, staff, and all visitors. Thank you for helping make The W a healthy environment for everyone!
Dollies and carts will be available for limited use on your move-in day, but we will not be able to offer volunteer and/or staff to assist with your unloading. Students will be allowed 2 guests (no children) to assist with their unloading and unpacking, during their assigned date and time. Outside guest assistance will not be permitted after your move-in window has closed.
