Leadership and Service
Living Learning Community

The Leadership and Service LLC familiarizes students with the University's values, increases awareness of student leadership opportunities across campus, and provides a supportive, inclusive environment allowing for exploration of leadership theory and student potential through self-assessment, peer-led discussions, and experiential opportunities. Students establish a strong network of peers, faculty, staff, community partners, and alumni, enabling them to further cultivate their individual leadership style.

Requirements:

• All participants are enrolled in a leadership course within the leadership minor, are connected to involvement opportunities across campus, and have the chance to engage in community service projects that foster real-world impact.
• Participants must commit to community engagement participation in both fall and spring semesters.
• Students must attend one Service trips in the spring semester.
• Students must participate in the Leadership and Service LLC retreat in the fall and spring celebration.
