Dr. Hagey talks lizards on MS Public Radio

Dr. Travis Hagey, Associate Professor of Biology, was invited onto the Mississippi Public Broadcasting program Creature Comforts on Thurs 14 Aug 2025 to share his expertise on lizards, geckos, and all things herpetology.

Creature Comforts is a call-in show that broadcasts every Thursday at 9 am throughout Mississippi on the various stations that make up Mississippi Public Radio. On the day Dr. Hagey was the guest, it was World Lizard Day.

Dr. Hagey came on in the second half of the episode, took a couple of calls from listeners, and talked about his past, his interests, and his research on gecko toe pads.
