For History majors, The W offers degrees in History as well as a Public History concentration. If you are looking to change the world, the department's Political Science program has been the start of many promising careers. Do you like to forge your own path? The Interdisciplinary Studies major will allow you to develop a baccalaureate program as unique as you are. And if you hope to inspire the next generation, we offer an Accelerated Bachelor’s/Master of Arts in Teaching program through the Social Studies Concentration in Political Science.

Our department also offers five specialty minors which allow for in-depth study: American Studies, Human Geography, International Studies, Medieval & Renaissance Studies, and Pre-Law.
