America 250

On July 4, 1776, the Second Continental Congress adopted the Declaration of Independence, setting the 13 colonies off on a journey to become the United States of America. This year, we will have been on this journey for 250 years, providing an important moment to pause and reflect on the American experience. To that end, The W is partnering with the Mississippi School for Math and Science and the Columbus-Lowndes Public Library to create this America 250 series of special events.
