Dr. Nadeema Appukutti is the Head of Academics at the Asian Institute of Business and Science (AIBS), Sri Lanka. She holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Kent, UK, where her research focused on the synthesis of sequence-defined polyphosphodiesters and their self-assembly and folding behavior. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry at Mississippi University for Women (MUW), USA, where she was actively involved in undergraduate research with Dr. Heda’s Research Team. Her work encompasses academic leadership, curriculum development, and ensuring quality in higher education.
