- APIL Teaching Innovation grants fund projects related directly to teaching and student learning, especially those that involve APIL (Active, Problem-based, or Inquiry-driven Learning) activities. Formerly part of the university's QEP, this program is now administered through the Kossen Center for Teaching & Learning
- Faculty Research grants support faculty research projects on a wide variety of academic projects. This program is administered through the Office of Academic Affairs.
- Faculty Senate General Fund (Fund A) grants can be used to support conference travel, course development, curriculum revision. This program is administed by the Faculty Senate.
- Faculty Senate Foundation Fund (Fund B) grants are awarded to faculty to strengthen classroom teaching. This program is administed by the Faculty Senate.
