Mississippi Delta Community College and Mississippi University for Women signed a memorandum of agreement Monday establishing a new 3+1+1 pathway for career-technical students to earn a bachelor’s and master’s degree. The W and MDCC signed a memorandum of agreement on Monday. The MOU creates a 3=1=1 pathway for career-technical students.
