Beyond the Bench: Pursuing Computational Biology after Undergraduation
SM-100 seminar speakers for this week (Monday, Feb. 10, noon-1 pm) are Dr. Lisa Shrestha and Dr. Shreya Ghimire, both MUW alumni. Drs. Shrestha and Ghimire graduated with biology major from MUW in 2018. Both started their scientific journey under the mentorship of Dr. Heda in his research laboratory in the Dept of Sciences and Mathematics. Both are currently working as post-doctoral research fellows, Dr. Ghimire at the University of Iowa and Dr. Shreshtha at the University of California-San Diego.
