Fitness and Wellness at MUW Campus Recreation provides a diverse schedule of programs/classes to help our campus acquire and maintain balance for a healthy lifestyle through diet and exercise.  Our quality facility, as well as our knowledge and expertise as professional fitness leaders, equip us to lead and educate the MUW community.

The group fitness classes offer a positive outlet to support optimal well-being for the body, mind, and soul.  These classes are free to our students, faculty, staff, and members!

Certified and educated personal trainers are available to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals.

Wellness incentives such as “Spring Fitness Challenge” are conducted each year to encourage and support our community in holistic wellness goals.
