Boot Camp Fitness

What is Boot Camp? 

A complete body workout combining varying elements of strength, functional training, cardio, core work, and FUN!

Boot camp is designed to motivate and energize you as you succeed in reaching your fitness goals. 

Includes pre- and post- cardio and strength assessments and an individual fitness class plan designed for you to further help you reach your fitness goals and keep you on track.
