Barre: This class is a challenging and creative barre experience that weaves together traditional muscle-sculpting barre choreography with exhilarating cardio segments to define and challenge the body in a whole new way.

Cycle: If you're looking to step up your cardio fitness, then hopping on a bike is the way to do it! This 45-minute cycle class will take you through flat roads, hills and sprints to get the heart rate pumping and the legs strong!

Mobility Foam Roll: Creating mobility with a foam roller, this class will take you through a series of methodical trigger-point techniques to release the congestion out of joints and release myofascial build-up throughout the musculoskeletal system.

POUND®: Channel your inner rockstar with this 45-minute full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums!

Yoga: Flow through a sequence of poses to challenge your muscles and invigorate your mind. Experience mind, body, and spirit wellness with deep breathing techniques.
