The Human Resources Management Pathway is designed to prepare managers to enhance the value of personnel in pursuit of an organization's strategic objectives through implementation of sound practices in employee recruitment, hiring, training, appraisal, and compensation.
Students earn their Associate of Applied Science degree in Business and Marketing Management Technology from ICC and complete many of their core courses toward a bachelor's degree.
Students then transfer to The W's College of Business & Professional Studies. The Bachelor of Business Administration – Human Resources Management Concentration can be completed entirely online in one year, without having to leave your current job. After completing the bachelor's degree, students are encouraged to apply to The W's MBA program, completed online in one year.
