Through our Anchor-Points Partnerships, the School of Education provides structured support for students transferring from community colleges. By collaborating with both students and faculty advisors, we make the transfer process as seamless and supportive as possible.
How Anchor-Points Work
- For Students: You can begin your journey at a community college and transfer smoothly into The W. Many students continue taking courses at their home college while also coming to The W’s campus for upper-level classes, making the transition flexible and affordable. You’ll have consistent advising, clear transfer pathways, and resources to support you every step of the way.
- For Community College Partners: We work directly with your faculty and advisors to align course pathways, provide accurate transfer information, and share resources that strengthen student success before and after transfer. Together, we build lasting connections that keep students supported through graduation.
