Graduate Endorsements

Expand Your Credentials. Broaden Your Impact.

The W offers graduate-level endorsement programs for licensed teachers who want to add specialized credentials in Reading, Gifted, or Special Education. Each endorsement is a four-course sequence (12 credit hours) that can be completed as part of a graduate degree program (M.Ed. or MAT) or taken independently as a non-degree-seeking student.

These endorsements increase career opportunities, provide specialized skills for working with diverse learners, and strengthen your professional portfolio.

Why Choose These Endorsements?

  • Add new teaching areas to your existing license.
  • Gain specialized expertise in high-need fields.
  • Flexible online course delivery.
  • Affordable tuition and faculty support.

Career Outcomes

Teachers with graduate endorsements are prepared for:

  • Expanded teaching opportunities in public and private schools.
  • Leadership in literacy, gifted, or inclusive education.
  • Greater competitiveness for promotions or advanced study.

The W Difference

At The W, endorsements can be earned while completing a master’s degree or taken on their own. This flexibility allows teachers to grow their expertise in ways that fit their personal and professional goals.
