About Sherriee
Sherriee “Re-Re” Sanders serves as the PreK1 Lead Teacher at Mississippi University for Women’s Child and Parent Development Center (CPDC). A longtime favorite among CPDC children and families, Re-Re is known for her compassion, nurturing spirit, and genuine love for the children in her care.
Sherriee began her career in elementary education but discovered that her heart belongs with the littlest learners. She is passionate about creating a warm, loving environment where young children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore and grow. Her dedication to building meaningful relationships with children and families helps create a strong foundation for early learning and development.
A lifelong learner, Sherriee completes an average of more than 100 hours of early childhood professional development training each year. She also serves as a practicum site mentor for education majors at The W, sharing her knowledge and experience with future educators.
