About The W Theatre Department

Created for Professionals

Even though it is designed for Theatre Educators, our graduate program is open to all Theatre Practitioners, whether in Professional, Academic and/or Community Theatre. All courses will consist of instruction in the theoretical, critical and practical aspects of all facets of Theatre, as well as a pedagogical unit focused on developing lesson plans, modules and teaching strategies for each area of study.

The structure of our Theatre program means you graduate with a comprehensive knowledge of what it takes to create quality productions in a variety of ways. Whether you are an actor, designer, or stage manager, you’ll take classes in both stage craft and performance to sharpen your ability to tell stories with creativity, ingenuity, and professionalism.
