BFA Exhibition – Department of Art & Design

This semester’s capstone exhibition for graduating seniors in the Department of Art and Design features Cristian Aguiniga-Arroyo, Ella Bowen, Aven Norwood, McKenna Powell, Michelle Russell, and Nakhiya Smith. The BFA Exhibition is the students’ opportunity to display their best artwork as they begin their professional careers.

The Department of Art and Design offers two majors: studio art and graphic design. Both areas are well represented in this exhibition. Ella Bowen, from Caledonia; McKenna Powell, from Amory; and Michelle Russell, from Jackson will graduate from the studio art major. Bowen plans to exhibit photography, Powell will display prints, and Russell, who works in the clay studio, will show ceramic sculpture.
