LDR 399 – Career Readiness through Emotional Intelligence

Emotional intelligence is the strongest predictor of performance in the workplace.  LDR 399 is a (1) hour credit course concentrated on emotional intelligence and how students can leverage EI competencies become more effective in the workplace and in their personal lives.
