Orientation is a program that will assist you to have a smooth transition as you start your new journey here at The W. Orientation will give you the opportunity to learn more about the University, services offered to students, and academic programs, along with enrolling in classes for the upcoming semester.
During Orientation you will get to meet and get to know your upcoming classmates and engage with currently enrolled W students. You will also get the opportunity to connect with members of the University's faculty and staff.

With more than 150 years of history, The W has a rich collection of campus traditions with endless ways to make memories and enjoy your collegiate experience.
What's your major? It's probably the first question people will ask when you introduce yourself. An academic major is your area of focus in your studies — Who do you want to be? The W offers over 70 undergraduate majors and concentration.

Orientation does not stop at just students. We also have a parent/family orientation experience that accompanies most of the Student's Orientation sessions. We develop programming for parent and family members that are specific to their needs.
