The Conference Center is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is permitted outside. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted on the property. Sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited. Tape, tacks, nails, or screws may not be used to display. Birdseed, rice, petals, confetti and string are not permitted. The use of toilet paper to decorate vehicles is prohibited. Violation of this will result in a $75.00 cleaning fee. Glass bottles and Fireworks are also prohibited. The Plymouth Bluff Center is a multi-user facility and reserves the right to move groups to appropriately sized meeting rooms based upon the number of people in attendance.
Food and Beverages: The Plymouth Bluff Center provides catering, or you may select a licensed caterer of your choice. If you prefer you may bring in your own food, if you select our catering service, everything is provided. Should you select another option, you will need to furnish all dishware, utensils, and paper products. The responsibility of cleaning is also that of the groups, otherwise a cleaning fee of $75.00 will be assessed. A 7% sales tax is added to all applicable charges. The Plymouth Bluff Center requires a one week notice on meal guarantees. If a guaranteed number is not received at that time, the estimated number will be considered the guaranteed count. Menu selections are required two weeks in advance.
Lodging: Rooms are also smoke-free, there will be a $25.00 charge for smoking in a guestroom. Smoking is permitted outside. Upon request, rooms are held up to 30 days prior to the group’s arrival. After that, if no deposit is made, the rooms will be released to the public. A $10.00 fee will be assessed for lost keys. Check-in between 3:00pm-5pm; Checkout is 9:00am; early check-in upon request if available.
Liability: Any damage to the building, equipment, and furniture will be assessed and billed to the host party. This also includes the pond by the deck, parents should be attentive to children since throwing rocks in pond may disable it. Missing articles will also be billed to the individual or party responsible for payment. The Plymouth Bluff Center is not responsible for articles left or lost.
Billing: The Plymouth Bluff Center accepts Checks, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. There will be a fee of $25.00 on all returned checks and/or credit card. If you make cash payments, we appreciate exact amounts. All checks will be scanned for verification of funds.
Deposits and Cancellations: A deposit of $500.00 or 50 percent (whichever is less) of anticipated final bill is required to confirm space. All deposits are non- refundable.
