Their essays and poems have appeared in literary magazines and scholarly journals such as\u00a0<em>The Smithsonian Magazine, Bellingham Review, Southern Indiana Review,\u00a0<\/em>and<em>\u00a0About Place<\/em>, as well as in the anthology <em>Stand Our Ground: Poems for Marissa Alexander and Trayvon Martin<\/em>.
