Make Up Testing

In some cases, if you are unable to be in class on the day of a test your professor may allow you to take a make up test through the Student Success Center.

Requests for Make Up Testing should be submitted at least 48 hours in advance of the schedule test. Make up test are offered every Thursday from 3:00-5:00 p.m.

The test routing process has three phases:

PHASE I

The STUDENT submits the Student Request for Make Up Test form.

  • Upon submittal of the Student Request for Test Routing form, three things will happen:
    • The student will be redirected to a confirmation page that they will be instructed to print.
      • The confirmation page will have a unique Entry ID that the student should reference with any questions they have. The Entry ID is also logged in Wufoo so that the Student Support Specialist can look up their entry if a question is asked. The student will NOT receive a confirmation email, since Wufoo only allows for one confirmation email to be sent, and we need to use this email to send to the professor so that they know to start the next phase of the process.
    • An email will be sent to the Student Support Specialist notifying them that a new Test Routing Request has been initiated.
    • An email will be sent to the Professor that the student specifies, instructing them to begin the next phase of the process, which is filling out the Professor Request form.
      • The email that is sent to the Professor will have all necessary information for the professor to fill out their form, including a copy of all of the entries that the student made in the Student Request for Test Routing form.

The PROFESSOR submits the Professor Request for Make Up Test form.

  • Upon submittal of the Professor Request for Test Routing form, two things will happen:
    • The Professor will receive a confirmation email with a copy of their form entries.
      • The email page will have a unique Entry ID that the professor should reference with any questions they have. The Entry ID is also logged in Wufoo so that the Student Support Specialist can look up their entry if a question is asked. The email will also indicate the professor’s preferred method for returning the test once it is finished.
    • An email will be sent to the Student Support Specialist notifying them that the Professor has completed the Test Routing process.
