Contact <a href=\"https:\/\/muwcatering.catertrax.com\/index.asp\">Flavours by Sodexo<\/a> at 662-329-7411 to set up your catering menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deposit:<\/strong><br>$80.25 per room (tax included)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Square Footage:<\/strong><br>2,534 &#8211; East Room<br>2,534 &#8211; West Room<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Seating Capacity:<\/strong><br>150 for each banquet room or combined for 300 total<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Allegra Brigham President&#8217;s Dining Room seats 75<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Other:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Police are required for all events with large groups. Please contact campus police at 662-241-6261 for a quote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The rental fee must be paid two weeks prior to the scheduled event or the reservation will be voided. Refunds will be issued only if the reservation is canceled 72 hours before the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deposits are non-refundable and are per day rented.
