{"id":100,"date":"2023-12-12T12:52:12","date_gmt":"2023-12-12T18:52:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.muw.edu\/fit\/?page_id=100"},"modified":"2023-12-13T10:40:00","modified_gmt":"2023-12-13T16:40:00","slug":"payment","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.muw.edu\/recreation\/members\/payment\/","title":{"rendered":"Payment Options"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Memberships can be purchased in the Stark Recreation Membership Office.&nbsp;The Membership Office is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment in full<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Six-month memberships, <em>Annual memberships,&nbsp;Pay-to-Play memberships, and Continuing Student memberships must be paid in full and are non-refundable.&nbsp;Campus Recreation accepts cash, check, credit or debit card.&nbsp;Please make checks out to MUW.&nbsp;(<\/em>Annual memberships can be purchased via Bank Draft, please see below.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payroll Deduction<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Payroll deduction is available for MUW and MSMS faculty and staff.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bank Draft<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bank draft is only available for annual memberships.&nbsp;New members must provide a voided check OR print out from their banking institution that includes a checking account number and routing number.&nbsp;Saving accounts are not eligible for drafting.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New members must pay the first month membership fee by check, cash, credit or debit card.&nbsp;Automatic drafting will begin the following month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please keep in mind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There is a $75.00 cancellation fee if a bank draft membership is cancelled before 12-months. Exceptions:&nbsp;members who move and provide proof of new residency or military personnel who are re-stationed and bring proof of orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is a $15.00 fee applied to a returned bank draft. The membership account will be suspended until the missed month and late payment fee is paid. Subsequent&nbsp;monthly&nbsp;bank drafts will continue to be drawn, even if&nbsp;the missed month hasn&#8217;t been reconciled.
