Memberships can be purchased in the Stark Recreation Membership Office. The Membership Office is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Six-month memberships, *Annual memberships, Pay-to-Play memberships, and Continuing Student memberships must be paid in full and are non-refundable. Campus Recreation accepts cash, check, credit or debit card. Please make checks out to MUW. (*Annual memberships can be purchased via Bank Draft, please see below.)
Payroll deduction is available for MUW and MSMS faculty and staff.
Bank draft is only available for annual memberships. New members must provide a voided check OR print out from their banking institution that includes a checking account number and routing number. Saving accounts are not eligible for drafting.
New members must pay the first month membership fee by check, cash, credit or debit card. Automatic drafting will begin the following month.
Please keep in mind:
There is a $75.00 cancellation fee if a bank draft membership is cancelled before 12-months. Exceptions: members who move and provide proof of new residency or military personnel who are re-stationed and bring proof of orders.
There is a $15.00 fee applied to a returned bank draft. The membership account will be suspended until the missed month and late payment fee is paid. Subsequent monthly bank drafts will continue to be drawn, even if the missed month hasn't been reconciled. Three unsettled bank draft returns will result in complete suspension from the bank draft option, but can opt to pay for a 6-month or 1-year annual membership.
Bank accounts are drafted on the 10th of every month. This date cannot be changed and we do not freeze or hold drafts for individuals.
Drafts will continue beyond the 12-month contractual period until cancellation is received in writing.
