Athletics Training

We are excited to welcome Owl Athletics back to campus, bringing new student-athletes and new sports competition opportunities. To support the program's need for training, practice and competition spaces, Stark Recreation Center will be blocking times and facilities reserved for student athlete practice, training and competition.

Working with Athletic Director Jason Trufant, we have developed schedules to minimize the impact on our patrons and are grateful for your cooperation. We ask that you join us in helping support this exciting new program at The W.

Please note the following schedule changes. During the following times, facilities will be reserved for student athlete training, practice and competition:

Facilities Reserved for Student Athletes

Pohl Gym (Across the Skywalk)

6-8 a.m.
3-7 p.m.
*Walking track will be available during these hours.

8 a.m.-12 noon
*Walking track will be available during these hours.

9 a.m.-1 p.m.

Strength and Conditioning Room

1-3 p.m.
*from 6-8am, student-athletes will be training, but the S & C room is open for members*
