All deposits are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refunds are not allowed inside two weeks of the reservation start date. Outside of two weeks refunds will be issued, excluding the amount of the deposit. If a refund is issued, there will be a credit card processing fee. <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FACILITIES MUST BE PAID IN FULL TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT IS HELD.<\/strong><br><strong>RESERVATIONS ARE CONSIDERED CONFIRMED WHEN THE DEPOSIT IS PAID.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reservations are considered confirmed after deposit has been paid. Facility access is from 8:00 am to 12:00 am. The full total is due upon booking inside of two weeks. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Book one of our recently renovated cabins and enjoy the great outdoors at a fantastic price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Check-in:&nbsp;<\/strong>between 2:00 p.m. &#8211; 5 p.m.<br><strong>Checkout:<\/strong>&nbsp;10:00 a.m.<br>Early check-in upon request if available<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rooms are smoke-free, there will be a $200.00 charge for smoking in a guestroom. Smoking is permitted outside.
