Smoking is permitted outside.&nbsp; Consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted on the property.&nbsp; Sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited.&nbsp;<strong><em>Tape, tacks, nails, or screws may<\/em><\/strong><em>&nbsp;<strong>not be used to display. Birdseed, rice, petals, confetti and string are not permitted. The use of toilet paper to decorate vehicles is prohibited.&nbsp; Violation of this will result in a $150 cleaning fee.<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;<strong><em>Glass bottles and Fireworks are also prohibited.<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Food and Beverages<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sodexo Dining Services has exclusive catering rights for all events at the Plymouth Bluff Center. The responsibility of cleaning is also that of the groups, otherwise, a cleaning fee of $150 will be assessed.&nbsp;&nbsp;A 7% sales tax is added to all applicable charges.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lodging<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rooms are also\u00a0<strong><em>smoke-free, there will be a $200 charge for smoking in a guestroom.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 Smoking is permitted outside.\u00a0A $50.00 fee will be assessed for lost keys.\u00a0<strong>Check-in is between 2:00 pm-5:00 p.m.; Check-out is 10:00 a.m.;\u00a0<\/strong>early check-in is upon request if available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Any damage to the building, equipment, and furniture will be assessed and billed to the host party.&nbsp;<strong><em>This also includes the pond by the deck, parents should be attentive to children since throwing rocks in the pond may disable it.<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;Missing articles will also be billed to the individual or party responsible for payment.&nbsp; The Plymouth Bluff Center is not responsible for articles left or lost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Billing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Plymouth Bluff Center accepts&nbsp;<strong>Checks, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deposits and Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A deposit of $1,000.00 or 50 percent of the anticipated final bill, whichever is cheaper, is required to confirm space. \u00a0All deposits are non-refundable.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FACILITIES MUST BE PAID IN FULL TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT IS HELD.<\/strong> <strong>RESERVATIONS ARE CONSIDERED CONFIRMED WHEN THE DEPOSIT IS PAID.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Conference Center is a&nbsp;smoke-free&nbsp;facility.
