COLUMBUS, Miss.— Mississippi University for Women spring 2021 students who have experienced financial need or emergency cost due to COVID-19 may be eligible to receive an emergency grant due to the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSAA).

To apply for the grant, students should visit: The application asks for minimal information and can be filled out quickly.

In order to qualify for the CRRSAA funds, students must have experienced financial need due to the ongoing pandemic and/or have emergency cost due to coronavirus, such as tuition, food, housing, health care, child care and wish to be considered for the CRRSA Act grant.

In addition, students must complete a 2020-2021 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by March 31, 2021. The application can be completed online at Only students eligible to complete a FAFSA will be awarded CRRSA funds.

This application will help determine your eligibility for CRRSAA funding. Application priority deadline is March 31, 2021.
