Search Committee Training
Search Committee Training is mandatory for ALL members serving on a search committee, including the search chair. To expedite the search process, it is recommended that committee members are finalized at the time the position is posted so there is sufficient time for members to complete the training prior to reviewing applicant materials.
The training is open to all employees and hiring managers are encouraged to take the training even if a formal search committee isn’t required. Email lsquinn@muw.edu to request the training video and materials.
