Broaden Your Impact.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The W offers graduate-level endorsement programs for licensed teachers who want to add specialized credentials in <strong>Reading, Gifted, or Special Education<\/strong>. Each endorsement is a four-course sequence (12 credit hours) that can be completed as part of a graduate degree program (M.Ed. or MAT) or taken independently as a non-degree-seeking student.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These endorsements increase career opportunities, provide specialized skills for working with diverse learners, and strengthen your professional portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reading (K\u201312) Endorsement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Reading endorsement prepares teachers to support literacy development at every grade level.
