Candidates complete a degree in their chosen discipline while fulfilling the professional education coursework required for teacher licensure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These programs are housed within the <strong>College of Arts &amp; Sciences<\/strong>. Students focus on their subject area, earning a <strong>BM in Music Education or BA in Theatre Education<\/strong>, and complete the licensure courses that lead to certification in Mississippi.
