School of Education COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Information

For all Education students, undergraduate and graduate: The faculty are making adjustments now to courses and are putting processes in place to help support you through the remainder of the semester completely through remote, online or other alternative instructional means. All processes, including coursework and advising, will be available to you in ways that support you while you and faculty are working virtually. Look for additional notification concerning course adjustments, changes in advising, and other important processes over the following days.

26th Annual T.G.I.F. Conference

The W Campus; 9:00am - 3:00pm

The Division of Education & Outreach invites all teachers to attend the 26th Annual Teachers of the Gifted Instructional Forum on February 28, 2020 from 9 AM - 3 PM at Mississippi University for Women.

Participants will earn CEUs, network with fellow teachers, and gain practical ideas and resources to use in the classroom.

$60 attendance fee includes breakfast, lunch, and CEU certificate.

Limited seating available; you must pre-register in order to attend! Deadline to register: February 14, 2020.

The Teachers of the Gifted Instructional Forum (TGIF) was established in the spring of 1994 to provide outreach to teachers of the gifted across the State of Mississippi. The annual forums focus on current issues and strategies related to the field of Gifted Studies.
