Food Art Emphasis
Students who wish to express their creativity through food would enjoy this option. Student Chefs will take courses in art, photography, food styling, and demonstration techniques.
Students interested in pursuing a Food Art emphasis should take the following courses in addition to the bachelor of science degree requirements, and the culinary arts major requirements.

- CA 315 - Demonstration Techniques
- CA 415 - Food Styling
