Campus Health Center Fees & Payments

The W and MSMS Students, Faculty, or Staff

The Campus Health Center does not charge a fee for a routine visit or to write a prescription for students, faculty, or staff at The W or MSMS.

There is a nominal charge to cover the cost of medications, supplies, and complete physical exams for all individuals using the health center.

Spouses & Dependents

Spouses and dependent children over the age of three years also are eligible to use the health center for a fee of $15.00.

Injections

Injections can be administered by the Registered Nurse provided the individual provides the medication with the exact dosing information. If the supplies are provided by the individual there is not a charge. There will be a $5.00 charge if supplies are used from the health center supply stock. The exception to this will be allergy injections. A Nurse Practitioner must be present before the Registered Nurse can administer allergy injections due to the possibility of a reaction and follow-up care.

Lab Work

The Campus Health Center will charge a nominal fee to cover the costs of conducting any lab work requested or required.

LabCorp is our vendor for lab services and they are able to file your insurance.

COVID-19 Testing

COVID-19 testing is now offered at the Campus Health Center by appointment and based on physical assessment, history and test availability.
