Deadlines and Reminders

Jan. 18  Please be sure to report your no-show students in Banner by January 18.  Full participation in this no-show reporting process is incredibly important both to our students and a number of processes that we have to run behind the scenes.
Jan. 18The CTL will be hosting an information about Teaching & Learning Grants/Learning Circles on January 18 and please keep an eye out for emails from the CTL concerning its spring calendar of events.
Jan. 25-
March 1
  Our Early Alert process begins on January 25 and concludes by March 1.  If you have students that you think would benefit from this process, please strongly consider filing an Early Alert to the Student Success Center on their behalf.

March 1
 
Our textbook adoptions will be due on March 1.

March 24
  The Office of Undergraduate Research will host its Annual Conference on March 31.  The submission deadline is on March 24.
April 1 Proposals to the Faculty Research Committee are due on April 1.

 
Feb. 4  On February 4, in partnership with University of Mississippi Medical Center, 150 high school students will come to campus to learn about careers in healthcare and the necessary preparation for those careers as part of the Exploring Healthcare Pathways event.

22-24
  On February 22-24, over 100 community college students will come to campus as part of the statewide Future Business Leaders of America Collegiate conference.
Feb.25  On February 25, 50 middle and high school students as well as teachers will come to campus as part of the National History Day competition for north Mississippi.
March 2 On March 2, Navigating Nursing Day will be back on campus.

2-4
On March 2-4, artists from across the country and world will join us on campus for the seventh annual Music by Women festival.
