She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking &amp; Finance from Mississippi State University. Her research interests include Emotional Labor in Politics and the Increased Use of Forward Vertical Integration in the Funeral Services Industry. Dr. Dorsey has presented her research at conferences in the U.S. and abroad and has received awards for Best Conference Paper and Best Conference Presentation. She has published articles in the Journal of Business and Economic Perspectives, Journal of Business, Industry, and Economics, and Journal of Contemporary Management Research.
