Central Dispatch Process


 

1.

Client Calls TMG toll-free #: 877-228-9711 to request service

 

 

2.

TMG Dispatcher obtains the following information from caller:

 

 

 

a.    Name of caller and phone number

 

b.    Location and address

 

c.    Tag # (Dispatcher will verify manufacturer, model #, serial #)

 

d.    Problem with equipment

 

e.    Contact name and phone number to call back

3.

Dispatcher checks TMG computer system for previous repairs on piece of equipment

 

 

4.

Dispatcher issues P.O. # to caller

 

 

5.

TMG calls service vendor choice #1

 

 

 

a.    Dispatcher obtains ETA from service vendor

 

b.    Dispatcher provides P.O. # to vendor

6.

TMG calls client back with ETA

 

 

7.

Vendor calls TMG to check in upon arrival at repair site

 

 

8.

Vendor calls TMG to check-out upon departure from repair site

 

 

9.

Vendor sends invoice and service report to TMG

 

 

10.

TMG processes payment directly to service vendor
