Dispatcher checks TMG computer system for previous
repairs on piece of equipment |

Dispatcher issues P.O. # to caller |

TMG calls service vendor choice #1 |
|
|
|
|
|
a. Dispatcher obtains ETA from service vendor
|
|
|
b. Dispatcher provides P.O. # to vendor
|
|

TMG calls client back with ETA |
|

|
|
7. |
Vendor calls TMG to check in upon arrival at repair
site |

|
|
8. |
Vendor calls TMG to check-out upon departure from
